Operation strategies of hybrid ground-source heat pump system based on heat balance

Develops the simulation model of ground-source heat pump system assisted with cooling tower, analyses the operation strategies of different design schemes. Recommends to select the cooling tower according to heat balance for existed hybrid ground-source heat pump (HGSHP) system with ground heat exchanger designed by maximum heat release of summer, to select the cooling tower according to the difference of cooling and heating load for a new HGSHP system with ground heat exchanger designed by heating load of winter, operating the auxiliary cooling tower under entering water temperature of heat pump unit above 26 ℃, and that the favorable operation effect can be obtained when heat pump units afford the total heating load of winter and partial cooling load of summer assisted with water chiller and cooling tower in summer.
